DEFE24 1960 05/12/1994 treorchy rhondda valley schema 06h00 10 mins 2 main lights with smalled lighhts arranged horizontally above the lights were intensely bright very low and absolutely motionless no sound or smell. The lights seem to be appearing in a 5 yearly cycle around the same area of the rhondda valley. The informant saw the lights for the first time in 1978 an ex neighbour claims to have seen them in 1985 and informants fiancee saw them in july 1989.there were expecting to see them in the summer of this year yet nothing appeared. the friend who claims to have seen the latest sighting kne nothing of the previous sightings over the years. apparently they have had an explaination that the lights were form a balloonb yet they are not convinced. would be interested to heard another explanation if there is a one and not to be told it's a balloon outdoors stationary   approx 1 miles aviation enthusiast, sighting occured over several years and during all this years approx  40 witnesses scattering cloud with slight mist

lettre 1h00 i' m astronomer and  noticed a low humming sound and as i looked around for a possible mechanical source a 1/4 second white flash lit the whole area and flickered off coodle hill.the noise continued an then after two brilliant meteors i noticed a greenisch light approaching form the west not very bright, my heart started pounding as it became a shape. the hum had by now diminished into a quite whine. the object himself looked eerie, a pale green blue cigar with orange lights above it ion a pattern. after about a minute and a half it was almost overhead and slowed down and started descending. quite suddenly one of the several orange dots shot off and approached coodale hill and a flash emitted from it.the main object was still descending and the ejected orange light just disappeared over the hill. the swhining intensified i struggled to remain calm so disturbing was the sight of this thing which had by now became a pulsating fat disc though it was ? pale. the orange lights just faded above it as it leveled off. the object was now only 2500 feet approx from my position and about the same altitude. then the most incredible thing happened.it flipped to a verttical position and raced toward the hill 300 mph ? and then shot up and was gone in a matter a a few seconds clear night  
DEFE24 1960 15/11/1994 norwich norfolk courrier+sketch 16h15   witness seconded to the prison service in norwich prison ...at approx 4,15 pm a memeber of the support staff asked me wether i could identify a row of bright lights to the west . Togerther we looked at a map of the city and concluded that the lights were on the ground in the vicinity of the university .they appeared to be the kind of lights used on a sports ground. my colleagues had not noticed them before. the next day wednesday i was in the office the time beoing approx 7,45 am i looked once again at the map of the city and having done so went to the window to see wether i could identify where it was that we had seen the lights on the previous day. the morning was exceptionnlay bright the slky clear of cloud the air temperature was mild, there was little if any breeze, there was no haze over the city while i was searching the sky line or wnw my eyes were made conscious of a light to my left , two lights in fact. i enclsoe a skteck i mde a coupld of minutes later which will give an idea of the position of the images in relation to the spire o the cathedral . the sketech is made sight size. at first i thought the scene was ordinay enough, the rising sun was already strong and it seemed that i was seeing two hot air balloons formed from a silvery material. they were identical in size and perfectly round about 1/4" to 3/8" diameter.they appeared solid faced directly to the sun.i neither expected to see nor did i see any lesseniong or reflected light to the edges of the images and so they  appeared not to be spehrical .neither of the images showed any movement during the minute or so that i oserved them. i noticed that there were no baskets beneath the balloons and altough they appeared to have little altitude i saw no bursts or flame as i should have expected.the brightness of the light coming from the surface of the objects made it impossible for me to estimate teir distance. there was neither sight nor sound of aircraft neither was there after the images ceased to be visible any cloud or indication of their presence.the objects appeared to be substancial to be reflecting light and not emanating it.; after aminute they both vanished in an instant.

1h00 a group of us fomr the barrack block at raf brawdy were called at lat at night to man up 4 tanners and head ear the black mountains to guard the crash site of a tornado aircraft . All of us were split into shifts and formed a guard perimeter around the site.in the eraly hours of one morning i was on guard the wind was blowing and i decided to shelter in a small dip in the ground out of the wind. i noticed about 1 1/2 miles away in th ethick blanket of cloud a red glowing disc shaped object stationary .i had no binoculars and so observed with th enaked eye . the glow of the object penetrated the immediate cloud around it.i watched it for about 30 mins and then like a light going off it vanished. the object did not reappear to my knoledge .i thoought of telling someone but left it as i considered it unimportant
DEFE24 1960 15/11/1994 workington cumbria lettre 8h45 i suddenly noticed a very powerful amber globe of light hovering low over the town area i opened the window to see if i could hear any aircraft noise their was none to be heard at all.at first i think it could be venus but it hovered over town area and the light did not flicker as a star would. then the dak grey clouds passed over the light and then the light source just vanished clear at time i have another local witness who observed this same odd lighht form on monday night this week

DEFE24 1960 07/11/1994 between bently odiham and reading   18h00 7/11/94: A circle of light followed a couple in a car. The woman driver worried that she and her boyfriend could have been exposed to radiation.xx called me this morning at approx 09h00 to say that she and her boyfriend xx were out driving in theiur car between bently odiham and reading down country lanes on saturday evening at 18h00 hrs when they saw a sighting 30 feet up in the air at an angle of 45 degrees 30 feet away from them. it followed their car for 10 miles and was made up of 3 circles of light which seemed to be surrounded by clouds.there was no sound and thse hape rotated anti clockwise.the evening was clear and the sighting occurred over fields xxx was certain it was not a hovering helo or any aricraft. naked eye southe east over wythenshaw

Switchboard told him not to worry himself and to throw away the pieces, and reassured him there was no threat to national security. Triangular shaped bright central light outdoors just outside portsmouth stationary naked eye   100 ft up      cloudy night no sound or smell  but something fell off into a nearby field, called back 11 he was calling form a public call box, his wife didn't want him calling form home. I had to call him cause he didn't have enough money.he was worried what to do with the piece that fell off. said we were contact no threat to secruity of.; no other reports in same area. suggest he not worry himslef to throw the piece away  , suggest could be something which fell from an helicopter

Object also south bound , object then went behind house and trees lost visual contact , thenregained visual contact object waited around the roundabout of m62 naked eye w sw could be seen form a seated position through car door windows my estimate would be 30 50 ft above ground mostly between 20 40 yards except for m62 roundabount when it was 200 300 yds ahead of us moved at same speed as our car stopped when we did followed our course precisely also stayed level with drivers or passengers  general clouds were broken medium to high altitude, they appeared static compared to the movement of the object  a police helicopter operates close to this area but was on the ground by 22h30, witness considered himslef  used to visually estimating sizes and distances an consider itself as a someone between sceptic and synic

The speed was variable  from looking like a shooting star to slowing completely down, an aircraft went by and they appeared to move out of the way. i believed it disappeared and came back again.his was seen with the naked eye. this was continued to 22h25 the evening was clear but not as bright

It seemed tochange shape ; he wen toutside and here did not appear to be any noise coming from it but he could not give me a distance

lettre 21h30   was wathcing tv in their front romm, the curtains were not down and she noticed a bright white loght in the sky. She went upstaires for a better look but could not see anything at approx 23h30 she went to her bedroom and noticed two lights in the sky near crich stand war memorial eventually one shot across the village and behoind a hill were as the other remained stationary until about midnight.she could not really estimate the distance and size and she only saw it with the naked eye. it was clear dry night stars in the sky there is a lighthouse, sister made drawing of sighting, there have been other sightings form people in village, father may have ssen lights once previsoulsy before when walking dog, castle donnington aiporte is near, they believe they would recognise low flying aircraft as they have many landing going overhead during the day

DEFE24 1960 17/08/1994 southampton city centre  uli uli2 uli3 uli4 lettre et croquis, photos prises mais le flash a foire sur certaines, une photo fournie 23h15 10 mins xx and myself noticed two bright lights hovering over southampton..there were very close togehther without heam and like balls of light .being an ex raf i though i could only be a harrier or helicopter .the lighst did not get nearer or larger so hovering was deduced? i grabbed my camera and the flash took ages to warm up which was .; about a min later at approx 11 20 pm leaning out out the window the picture was taken and then the ? jammed. shot 31 out of 36 whiwh was in range. as soon as the flash went off teh craft rose  smoothly and quickly upwards paused and then flew at great speed towrads and over the ? from where we were watching.as it passed overhead and the camera was jammed it appeared oblong with few red lights underneath theses lights were not flashing as per normal aircraft.the sound it made was a jet like quality not a helicopter but was more of a deep  regenerating ? force. eastleight airport was closed at 9pm and no night flights should have been passing over southampton city police reported that their spotter plane was not over the city and no air ambulances were about either.bornemouth international was also closed at 9pm and gatwick and heathrow report that if there were any flights using southampton airspace it would not have been low.  before going to the press we would like to know what west draytoin's radar report at that time  approx 1000 ft   clear and no wind

Copilot saw black cylinder with lump ? on the back , about 2 3 ft in diameter and 8 12 ft long , time 2 3 secs. passed overhead perhaps 20 ft above and opposit direction along aircraft axis, estimated spped considerably more than ours, flight conditions vmc lox groop ? naked eye crossing right to left in front of caller and seen form fl 100 seven miles ahead 90 100 ft  above ak cockpit fast moving southbound cavok above cloud crew and  commercial pilots of fl100 a/c...

  weather was good with a clear sky  and scattered cloud  i headr a light plane overhead but on looking up it had disappeared and its sound fadd but at the moment my attention immediatley focused on  3 white objects at 12 o clock please note that the colour was white and not silver sothere was no refecration or refflection of light thus giving a fairly sharp definition. the 3 objects shaped like elongated ovals with tapered ends were in a shallow v formation widely spaced on a striaght course wets to esat at about 20 to 25000 ft east speed 700 mph.there werre no wings or tailplanes to be sseen neither significantely was there any sound whatever.there were no contrails  i kept them under constant scrutiny fr 10 to 15 seconds until they vanished tow<ards the horizon in high cloud  their course height formatioon and speed were maintained during this time

DEFE24 1966 20/01/1994 highbury crescent highbury fields n london  schema 18h15 18h42 saturne shaped object glowing as before with a fixed white lioght on the left extremity of the disc and a flashing red light on the right extremtity. There were intermediate lights on the visible rim which seemed to spin at times in southerly direction 22 deg.the object seemed to be circling and changing its angle of tilt as it did so . it has been drawn as if tilted 16 deg towards the witnbess about 40 deg of horizontal. its size was smaller than before and estimated toi be less than that of a full moon, there were other witnesses of the event but only one stayed to watch with the reporter witness.the object had moved farther away when the reporter abandonned the viewing living other still watching

lettrre bufora video non dispo 19h00 19h15 six witnesses  the obejct appears on film over the alexander bus dept garage, the witness was driving alone in hios car through larbert when he noticed a large bright object in the sky to the right hand side of the car it followed hom as he drove along in which at one point he claims it illuminated the interior of his car, the witness arrived home dashed into the house and told other family memebers the result was this video . they could have filmed iot forlonger as it was a good fewx minutes (3 4 ) before oe witness decided to get the camera no red or green navigationlights could be obscerved at any time. a slight huml was the only sound heard.local police have no records of any callers

photo 23h15 x and  i arrived at the ridgeway turning overton hill at 11 15 pm upon leaving the cars we all noticed to our south a red orange flickering glow on the horizon milk hill this glow had the appearance of oa fire but as wae watched the glow abruptly ceased switching off as if a light. the pattern was repeated several times  during ther 10 minutes or so it took us to reach theposition of our watch .this returninf glow may have had nothing to do with the occurence of the orange ball , the glow appearance did result inour observation of the ball as it was to the area of the glow that my attention was drawn. a few moments after arriving at our wathc position i was looking south toward thegeneral direction of the returning glow i believe at this time the glow was not present when i sawx a small star like point of white light suddenly illuminate over the area of the glow in appearance the lght was just like an aircraft strobe but as it only flashed once and there were no clouds to mask an airborne light i realized it was not an aircrazft. i called to xxx to llook south and immediately on doing this a large ball of orange light appeared in the sky at the position of prior point of white light. the ball was very sharply defined against the black sky there wasd no light halo surrounding it which made it appear very unusual it was not flickering or displaying any visual sense of burning , unlike the military flares  i have observed in the same area .the ball was bright anfd to my eyes a solid orange.it was visually large and impressive and again by comparison, with flares much lmarger than those. the short video recording uinfortunately has not captured the colour of the ball although it does show by comparison to the moon , the absence of any light halo surrounding it. total duration 9 yyy successfully reocrede the last 5 second sthe ball appearance; all three witnbess confirmed that bal lwas large of a solid colour and visually impressive

croquis 17h10   when driving car evening was very clear  object was 2"" long the object was much mere rounded on the top than on the bottom it seemed to have lights under it and what seemed to be a lip on tht top so the whole object was very lit up. It semmed to move across then went back to where it was, object silver gray

22h42   he was in egeston road kearsney when he spotted a faint freenish pulstaing light which appeared to be the side of a dome topped saucer. Mr dickson 48 of cowper road river alerted passer by keith hughes who was walking his dogs the two men watched  the light together. it was parked for about five minutes in the sky and then zigged sharply down to the left before zagging back up to the right and disappearing behind trees at incredible speed said mr dickson. if you had not seen the light parked as i did you might have tought it was a meteor shower. but i have seen meteors before they don't park and they don't zigzag like that .they go straight down

DEFE24 1967 hiver 1953 salisbury plain    flight lt xxx was flying an experimental canberra aircraft at 55000 ft when he picked up on the new experimental radar an ufo following his plane. The science officer went up to the turret for a visual and spotted a circular craft five miles behind them .they tried to outspace the ufo by accelerating to 225 knots but it kept up with their plane. xxx initiated a wide sweeping turn and lost radar contact with the ufo but came into direct visual on a collision course with the ufo . then the ufo flippe dvertically in the air and climbed from 50 to 70 thousand ffet as quickkly as you could say it. description round thin disc with two tail fins at the rear appearing metallic and enormous leaving no vapor trail wake or detectable sound it vanished within a couple of seconds up into the blue sky
DEFE24 1967 14 1954 southend   north weald airfield essex england flight  xxx took off in his meteor jet at 4 15 pm and climbed up to  16000 ft when he was over southend england a circular ufo shot past him at 9 oclock high the ufo was silvery and the other gold in color. Athird ufo appeared ahead of him on a collision couse.it had a ? shaped top, a flange like two saucers in the saucers in the center anda ? shaped dome underneath and was silvery  in color.it flew close enough to his jet to overlap his windshield

22h40   an irregular flashing light in the sky to the sse at about 8 deg elevation. At first i thought it was an aircraft storbe, but the colour was an intense blue white and the rythm was irregular. There woiuld be two flaches close together then a pausen, the cycle being repeated about once every second. also the light appeared to be scittering about its mean position a sort of brownian motion while moving steadily to my left and downwards in elevation, cold clear night, disapperaed at 2248, angular velocity of the object was about the same as a passeger jet at high altitude ,wife of witness heard strange noise she could not describe bnut witness is a little deaf and heard nothing

21h35 three strange lights and an orange ball shooting northwards over leeds. Witness noticfed first a brioght flashing light travelling northwards at a relatively high speed then noticed another bright flashing light at approx 30deg up and to the north of the first light.its movement equaliing the first. i noticed then a third white flahng light wich after 2 3 seconds vanished. then i noticed an orange light travelling fast much faster than other lights , no noise even form the roads around garforth. all lights described were travelling far faster than a normal aircraft.it is possible that the white lights were chasing or trying to follow the orange light or were watching from a distance

  in the distance i saw a shimmering red and yellow glow which seemed to pulsate. I saw strange shapes moving to and fro and disappearing and a space ship drifted down noiselessly to land. That is what the red and yellow light must have been .two more ships landed as i hind behind a tree. at this point three people walked into view from the middle of the spaceships.wether they had been abducted or not i do not know but they did appear to be in a trance.a fter what seemed an age the three spaceships took off as silently as they had arrived leaving me to ponder the imponderable.the three people stood rooted to the spot. numb with shcok. i walked towards them to get a closer look. a bright yellow light and a sudden horribly high pitched noise cut short my interest and i ran as fast as my legs would carry me.

 21h49   driving car we saw my and my wife a white light descending in a curved trajectory at an apparently rapid rate of descent it was in height for about two seconds. We take immediately for a meteorite but in the field at about 80 120 yds distance we saw instead of impact a traingular white light close to some green lights which were rapidly d? round but becoming stationary from time to time . the ground was being illuminated with a pinkish purple light wich appeared to be about 2 feet above the ground. my wife remaind in car , we saw lights for about 4 minutes. i also saw green lights with conical beams illuminating the ground and there was some oncomoing traffic approaching and felt these might be hazard due to the peculirai colour of the heights . i decided not to attempt to approach  but to make a circuit, 6 minute slater north of the a 419 i ssaw the green conical beams intermittently going on and off , i make a second circuit and at the third lightes ceased
