Light appeared white and flickered and was approx 3 5 times the diameter of the birghtest start in sky, clear night full moon. Stationary for several minutes , through binoculars object was spherical and changed colours many times , red blue green white. suddenly the object became very dim and was barely observable, ethen began to move to the left and descend very slowly. after 5 or 10 mins it appeared to land or hover in the vicinity of the winter hill radio transmitter , at this point loist of sight, but numerous lights could be seen moving arounf on the hill side for the next 10 minute sor so, at 23h30 brilliant light appeared again in a slightly highrer position, changed colour and remained stationary for severalminutes , 2 other sets of lights could be seen at this time. these lights circled the object and the winter hill area for about several minutes , then object bacame dim as before and began to rise vertically and stop at about 30 40 deg , the object jumped from one point to anaother in the sky instantaneously many times and behaved unlike any aircraft helo..., this jumping was not caused by movement of the binoculars, my girlfriend saw also . jum made between 200 to 800 metres. on occasion object would leave a psiral type streak, it behave like this until it disappeared at 23h50

DEFE24 1965 24/07/1993 ivybridge  ne of plymouth puforg+ schema 20h50 4 childrens 11 13 12 14 were playing in an alley, weather, cool,, something too visible same height as plane, cigar shaped , sort of metallic silvery colour, more than one minute, cigar shpaed with a black line though the middle, it was hal metallic coulour and white and lights round the edge, object went behind clouds, xxx saw a white cigar shape with a black band around it , but didn't see any lights. the object was approx half an inch long at arms lenght , it was bluey silvery white and had a broad black bad around the centre.there ware small yellow lights all around the edge of the object.these lights were steady but oppositte ecah other were a pair of lights one red and one green whoch travelled around the object like lights at the fairgound, always staying the same distance apart, with the lights moving round it looked like all the lights were moving but they weren't , it was just the two coloured ones, these small lights weren't visible all the time. when xxx first saw the ufo he did'nt see any light, nor did www but both saw them during the sighting, "you had to look out for them" , all the time the ufo was visivle i only saw the lights once or twice, the moving clouds seemed to cover the sun the moone and the ufo alternatly giving the impression of the light moving from one poinint in the triangle to the next, the children also said it was if the ufo was hiding behind the clouds, ufo remained hidden for 10 mins , but at times the lights could be seen shining though the clouds, the object was visible to 21h10 and at 21h30 still visible but very small , then object behind cloud again an,d then shower

Weather bright and sunny with scattered cloudand excellent visibility, looked like a torpedo but without any fins.silver in colour, brilliant, there wasalso some yellowy orange at the rear but noi smoke flames or other signs or propulsions

rapport puforg + schema very large 3ft at arms lenght object browny orange came and flew very quickly in a straight line away west towards plymouth sound.the object was a thick cigar shape in a horizontal position like an oblong with rounded corners. This huge cigar shape seemed to have a bubbling mass around it as it came over the house. if i can liken it to the bubbly plastic packing on ly in burnt orange colour.object was very low , no sound whatsoever, then light veered off to the right without seeming to turn and then flying nne , and as it took this different direction it also seemed to change shape somewhat now looking more round , bubbly effect could then not been seen. it then again slid to the righht in another right angled turn this time to ene and whizzed out of sight
